This is a very easy dish that I prefer for breakfast.
Steps

Cut the bananas into half and peel the onions and garlic and wash them.

Cut the onions into a sauce pan and fry for 2 minutes.

Add your bananas.

Stir for 3 minutes until they marry each other.

Add your chopped garlic and stir for another 2 minutes.

Add water, chicken stock or beef stock if you have.

Cover the sufuria and cook on high heat.
- 8
Chungulia to see whether the soup has dried up. If not cover and wait a few more minutes.

Stir again and cook until the soup dries up.

Serve with a hot cup of tea.

I don't know if it's just me who leaves a few pieces of the bottom layer for me, myself and I, while the top layer goes to the table. Enjoy.....
