    Fry your onion

    Add your two tomatoes

    Makes sure it well cooked

    Turn brown

  5. 5

    Add your mboga kienyeji and make sure it is well mixed

  6. 6

    You can ow remove and serve with your roasted potatoes

  7. 7

    Add salt to taste

  8. 8

    Simmer for fifteen to twenty mins
