Steps

Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add cumin seeds. Now add chopped garlic, onions and saute, add turmeric powder, Kashmiri laal mirch, salt and mix well.

Now add chopped tomatoes and green chillies and saute. Now add chopped vegetables and cook for 2 mins.

Now add diced cheese and mix well. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with naan or roti.
