In a big bowl add all the ingredient and mix well.

Make a tight dough with it.

Rest it for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes make small balls with it.

Roll it little thick with rolling pin and make some holea with folk.

Prepare all like this.

In a frying pan add oil to heat.

Add some rolled mathri and fry till turns golden.

Fry all like same.

Let them cool on room temperature.

Store in an airtight container and enjoy for 1 month.
