Rice and beans with sausage

Pick your beans, paboil untill half cooked, wash your rice with hot water to reduce the stach.

Pour both in a seve to drain the water

Place a dried pot on the fire, add vegetable oil allow to heat add your sliced tomatoes, onions and pepper. Allow to fry till the water dries up.

Add stock, add seasoning and allow to boil, add the rice and beans to the boiling water stir and cover pot to cook.

Allow water to dry up.

Sausage: allow sausage to defrost, boil in already boiling water for 5 miuntes. Pour in a seve. Place a frying pan on the fire, add little vegetable oil allow to heat add the sausage and fry till a bit brown.
