Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 4Potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1dry red chilli
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • As neededoil to fry

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the Potatoes and keep in cold water for 20 minutes

  2. 2

    Then rinse the water away

  3. 3

    Now add salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Heat oil and fry the red chilli whole and keep aside

  5. 5

    Now heat oil and fry the Potatoes adding sugar

  6. 6

    Fry in batches and serve
