Mooli bhujiya
Steps

First wash all veggie with water and drain all water well.

Now peel the potato and radishes and grate the radish and cut the potatoes in square pieces and finely chop all leaves.

Now take a wok add oil heat it and add cumin seeds, turmeric powder add grated radish and roasted it for 2 mins.

Then add chopped veggies and mix salt and cover it.

When potatoes become soft and then add all spices mix it

And stir again for 3-4 mins open and cook properly until it changes the colour.

Now mooli bhujiya is ready to be served
