Pre heat oven to 375 degree f (190c), in small bowl stir together flour,baking powder,baking soda set a side,

In large bowl, put butter and sugar mix until smooth l. Beat egg and vanilla gradually blend on dry ingredients and milk.

Roll rounded and shapes of dough in to the caters and place on to ungreased cookies sheet. Enjoy
