Heat a Pot and pour the water into and then add Broccoli, peas, chilli and salt. Bring the water to boil and cook for about 10 minutes, or until broccoli is soft. Set it aside to cool down.

Strain the broccoli, chilli and pea. Retain the stock for further use. In a blender add the mozzarella and the cooked vegetables with little bit of the stock. Grind it to smooth fine paste.

Mix the grounded mixture along with the vegetable stock and make it hot again. Check for seasonings.

Plate the soup and garnish with Mozzarella cheese slice and crushed walnuts. Wallah your wholesome comforting soup is ready for a cold wintry morning.
