Saute onions till golden brown

Blanch you peas(boil in salty water with sodium bicarbonate) for 8mins

In the onions, add tomatoes and let cook

Add 4 glasses of water,salt and tumeric

Wash the rice and add

When almost drying, add the peas and carrots

Stir slowly and cover for 5mins on very low heat
- 8
Let stay covered for 10mins after turning off heat and serve when hot
