Ingredients

  • 2 cupsinstant rice
  • 2large chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cupheavy cream
  • 2 cupschicken broth
  • McCormic Grill Mates Montreal Chicken seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice chicken and cook over medium high heat until cooked thru seasoning with chicken season

  2. 2

    Cook rice according to box, substituting broth for water.

  3. 3

    Mix all together with heavy cream. Cook until cream thickens a bit, about 2 min. Salt and pepper to taste and serve.
