  • 1 kgkunde Split(Cowpeas)
  • to tasteSalt
  • leavesMethi n fresh corriander
  • 2big onions
  • 1 tbspgarlic paste
  • 1 tbspginger paste (optional)
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

    Soak kunde overnight

  2. 2

    Blend the kunde,onions,methi n corriander leaves

  3. 3

    Add salt,garlic n ginger paste

  4. 4

    Put oil in a karai n deep fry deep fry on a medium heat.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with coconut chutney.
