  • 200 gbutter
  • 200 gsugar
  • 350 gflour
  • 4eggs
  • 1/4orange/ lemon juice
  • 4eggs
  • 2tap baking powder

    Pre -heat the oven at 180 degrees

    Sieve the dry ingredients

  3. 3

    Combine sugar plus butter until white and fluffy

  4. 4

    Add the eggs one by one

  5. 5

    Add the dry ingredients together with the juice and fold in alternating.

  6. 6

    Enjoy
