Wash meat and cook with onions, pepper, salt and cube till done. Wash and blend tomatoes, onions and pepper

Put vegetable oil in a pot and allow to get hot then add thyme and fry for a minute then add diced onions and then fry blended paste, without first boiling the tomatoes, the taste comes out differently and sweet too allow to fry on medium heat till the water is dry then add meat stock and cook, add seasonings and salt and allow to cook well and lastly the curry, allow for 2mins and set aside.

Peel and wash yam, boil till soft, add salt and cook for another 3minutes and turn off heat.

Serve and enjoy meal.
