Peel the yam and cut into fingers.

Pour your oil in the frying pan with little onion and let to fry, remove the onion when it turns brownish in colour.

For the sauce. Pour 3spoonfull of g/nut oil inside a frying pan, pour the chopped pepper and chopped onions and stir for 2mins.

Pour the yam inside the oil and fry till colour turns brown, then sieve and pour inside ur warmer.

Pour the egg and continue to stir untill it's thick and smooth😊
