Stuffed dry fruits coconut Croissants drizzled with chocolate sy

Take lukewarm milk, add sugar and yeast. Mix and rest it for 10 mins.

Knead a soft dough and keep it aside for 1 hr. Chop the dry fruits and mix with dessicated coconut.

After an hour, take the dough, it has doubled in size. Now divide in two parts.

Take one portion and start rolling it. Then apply butter and dust maida. Now fold it. Do this process twice.

Now after doing the process twice, roll it in big roti shape. Then divide and cut it like pizza with pizza cutter. Give a small cut at the edge.

Place the filling and roll it inwards and apply butter wash. Bake it on 180°c for 15 mins.

Remove in serving dish and drizzle chocolate syrup.
