1 cupgrated cabbage
1large egg
2maggi cube
Pepper
1medium Onion(diced)
Oil
Garlic(optional)

Steps

In a bowl break the egg and whisk,add the grated cabbage, diced onions,pepper,maggi and the garlic then mix it together. Heat your masa pan add little oil in each portion then pour in your mixture

Heat your MASA pan with little oil then add the mixture into it and allow to fry.It can be served with tea or juice

NB;It should be fried on a medium heat
