Lemon and sage roasted lamb chops

Ingredients

30mins.
  1. 2lamb chops
  2. 50 mlolive oil
  3. 1 clovegarlic, crushed
  4. 2 sprigsfresh sage leaves
  5. 2 sprigsfresh thyme leaves
  6. 1/2fresh lemon, sliced
  7. 1leek, cut in chunks
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. to tastePepper

Cooking Instructions

30mins.
  1. 1

    Rub lamb chops with oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Place in roasting pan.

  2. 2

    Place herbs, leeks and lemon on top of meat.

  3. 3

    Cover with foil and roast at 200'C for 30 minutes.
