Steps

Heat oil fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder till golden brown

Matinate the chicken pieces with 2 tbsp ginger,garlic,onion paste,salt,garam masala powder,curd and oil for 30 minutes

Now heat oil and ghee and temper whole garam masalas

Add masala paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add chicken pieces and saute well,cover it and keep the heat low

As it is soft add tomato and saute well till oil separates

Add Potatoes and mix well
- 8
Now add warm water and simmer till the chicken pieces and Potatoes are soft
- 9
Add ghee and garam masala powder and serve
