In a cooker add oil,bay leaves,cloves,cardamom,ginger garlic paste,cinnamon,star anise next add onion and mix well.

Now let onion to lil bit pinkish next add tomato and cook till it becomes soft and mushy and add lil salt

Next add curd and mix well.

Now add all spices and coriander and mint leaves and add rice and 2 cups of water cook well and add biryani masala and mix well so that mixture will be mixed with rice.

Now close the lid and after 2 whistles ur rice is ready.

Garnish with grated coconut and serve hot.
