Steps

Soak the basamati rice 4-5 hours.

Take a big vessel and boiled the rice.

Cut the all vegetables into small cutting & boiled it.

Take a pan pour some oil add chopped onion, ginger and garlic paste, boiled vegetables mix it well.

Add salt & also add all sauce as required.

Add boiled rice & mix it well.

Put the rice in a plate & decorate with spring onion & hara dhaniya.

Serve it.
