Ingredients

  1. 4large tomato
  2. 1big onion
  3. 4-5garlic
  4. 10-14kaju
  5. 1 tsp sugar
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  8. 1 tsp vinegar
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1/4 tsp haldi powder
  12. 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  13. 2 tspcream
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. as neededButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add butter, add chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic, kaju salt cook it for 2 mint

    Then add garam masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, haldi, vinegar, sugar,

    Cook it for about 10 min by adding 1 cup water

    When it completely cooked swiff off flame cool it down, and grind this into grinder

    Strain this gravy. In strainer

    Heat same pan by adding little butter pour this gravy in it

    Add cubes of paneer cook it for 2 min

    Add cream and kasuri methi, coriander leaves, serve with chapati
