Put this on top of ANYTHING. Chicken, shrimp, fish, chips & salsa, or even better - Oysters.
Steps

Rinse parsley and cilantro thoroughly. Cut off the stems. Add to blender. Tip: blend in batches! Use the red wine vinegar to help with the blending process.

Add in the onions and garlic. Blend again.

Add in the lemon, red pepper flakes, oregano, smoked paprika, salt & pepper. Blend.

Put the mixture in a jar and top it off with the extra virgin olive oil. Fill until the mixture is coated in oil to preserve. Enjoy!
