Firstly make a paste of onion,tomato, green chilli and garlic now take a cooker add oil heat it now add onion tomato paste and add turmeric powder,salt and red chilli powder fry it till leave oil

Now add potatoes mix well now add water as required and cover the lid

After 1 whistle low the flame cook it for 20 minutes now add coriander leaves

Serve it with chappati
