Steps

Beat eggs, seasoning, milk/water and chopped vegetables in a small bowl until blended

Heat butter in 6-8 inch non-stick pan over a medium-high heat until hot
- 3
Tilt pan to coat bottom, pour in egg mixture. Mixture should set immediately at edges

Gently push cooked portions from edges toward the center with inverted turner so that uncooked eggs can reach the hot pan surface

Continue cooking, tilting pan and gently moving portions as needed
- 6
When top surface of egg is thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, turn pan and invert or slide omelette onto plate. Serve immediately
