    Wash & peel the carrots, then grate them.

    Wash the Corgette & grate it,then add it to the carrots.

    Wash the cabbage & finely slice it, then mix the carrots & Corgette.

  4. 4

    Serve it in a bowl, place it with the other dishes to be served as a portion.
