Steps

Wash the bell peppers and cut into 1cm cubes.. soak the skewers in water for 10-20mins

Marinate the gizzards in the ginger garlic paste add salt and mix well.
- 3
Mount onto the skewers the peppers then the gizzards alternating until skewer is ful.. repeat til all the meat is on skewer.

Cook on a grill rotating oftenly to ensure all parts are cooked well.
- 5
Serve as a bitting.. serve hot
