Ingredients

  1. 1.5 lbTomatillo
  2. 2Serrano Pepper
  3. 2Poblano Pepper
  4. 3 tbspOnion
  5. 3 tbspShallot
  6. 4 tbspCilantro
  7. 2 tbspLime Juice
  8. 3 cloveGarlic
  9. 1/2 tspSugar
  10. 2 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Roast the Serrano, Poblano, and Tomatillo

  2. 2

    Once roasted, remove the seeds from both peppers as well as the skin from the poblanos.

    Add ALL ingredients to large bowl and pulse using hand blender (such as a robo coupe) or similar tool until desired consistency is reached.
