Hot Milk Cake with Fruits
It was my cousin's first year birthday and baked this for him...

Sieve the flour and add baking powder. Set aside.

Pour the milk in a bowl and add magarine. Place on a low heat to melt. But don't boil.

Break the eggs in another and whisk very well for about 5minutes. Gradually whisk in sugar.

Add the whisked eggs and sugar mix to the flour. Add the melted magarine and milk to the flour as well.

Add the dried fruits to the batter.

Mix thoroughly and pour in a greased pan.

Bake in a preheated oven for 45minutes. Depending on your oven type..
