Bajia za kunde
Nice when taken with fried potatoes

Method:
Wash the soaked black eyed peas and put them in a chopper.
Add the onion, coriander, salt, curry powder and the green chilies.
Blend in a chopper all together but do not over blend. - 2
Heat the oil in a deep frying vessel and start deep frying them when the oil is nice and hot.

Simply take some of the mixture and
make a medium size ball and press it down a bit to make a nice disc shape and then drop it in the hot. - 4
Repeat this until you have a vessel full of bajias.
Turn the bajias around so they cook both side. - 5
Take them out of the oil when they golden brown and cooked inside.You can always taste one to see if it’s well cooked.
Drain them in a paper towel and serve them with chutneys.
