  • 3eggs, fresh tomatoes, pepper, salt

  • Curry and a little chicken

Steps

  1. 1

    Break your eggs in a bowl, beat until it mixes with the yolk

  2. 2

    Add salt, sliced fresh tomatoes, pepper, curry and chicken (optional)

  3. 3

    Mix all together and pour in a nylon or Moi Moi bowl.

  4. 4

    Put a pot on fire add water, when it boil, put the Moi Moi and cook for 14 minutes.

  5. 5

    When it done it's ready to eat
