Take a big bowl and add wheat flour,salt and oil mix it and knead a soft dough with water.

Now take grated radish put both palm and press it tightly squeezing out extra water properly

Heat a pan add 1 tsp oil and add cumin seeds, turmeric powder,red chilli now green chilli and grated ginger add radish and salt mix it and add all spices, coriander leaves mix it well roast it 2 mins on slow flame. And cool it now

Now take a ready dough, make a Little balls from it and make two small paratha spread the ready mixture on a paratha and put the other paratha on it and press with rolling pin gently.

Now heat a tawa,put some oil or butter and put the paratha on it and roast properly when it golden brown then take out a plate.

Now with same method make all mooli paratha. And serve it with green chutney.
