Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRice powder
  2. As requiredJaggery
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 1 ltrMilk
  5. 1 cupGrated coconut
  6. 1 tablespoonGhee
  7. 2 tablespoonSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled 1cup water with 1pinch salt add 1cup rice powder and cover the fry pan, boil more 10 mins,mix well by hand like a dough covered the dough a damp cloth

  2. 2

    Heat a fry pan added ghee, jaggery as your taste, coconut and cook until all ingredients mix well like a stuffing(not very hard not very soft)

  3. 3

    Used this stuffing and cover this dough use for cover.

    Ready this puli like momo

  5. 5

    Boiled 1ltr milk added 2 tablespoon sugar,boiled until half ltr then added puli, coconut 4-5 tablespoons,boiled more 20 mins then added jaggery as your taste.

    Tasty tasty dudh puli is ready to serve
