Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl until you get a soft dough

Leave it to rest for 20 minutes and knead it again,divided the dough into four and roll it out and cut into circle shapes

Preheat your pan and brush the pan with some oil and place the flat bread once in a time, cooking each briefly for a few seconds, then turning it to cook the other side. Until bubbly and slightly golden, don't over cook them as you kneed them to be soft not crisp or hard

Keep the ready ones covered in a hot pot or under towel

You can used them for chicken shawarma, fajitas and butter chicken
