Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds crackle it add garlic and ginger chilli paste saute a minute add chopped tomatoes add dry spices

Cook till tomatoes soft add potatoes and peas mix it well add water to adjust consistency and curry leaves cover it cook it till veggies done.
