1 bunchspring onion chopped
1onion chopped
1brinjal chopped
1 tspnigella seeds
2green chillies chopped
1 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil add nigella seeds and green chillies

Add onion chopped and saute well
3

Add chopped brinjal and spring onion stir fry well
4

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft
5

Add sugar stir briskly till it is soft and moist
