Steps

Take a heavy bottom pan add rose water,rose petal,clarified butter and crushed jaggery mix.

Cook for 2 minutes then add peanut mix and cook few minutes then pan released heat off pan.

Take a greased wooden board add peanut batter and spread for wooden spatula and roll on rolling pin.

Cut in desired shape.

After cool ready to eat for cruncy peanut chikki.
