Custard Rice Kheer

Steps

First wash and soak rice in enough water for atleast half an hour then crush with fingers and keep aside.

Heat milk in a heavy bottomed pan or nonstick pan.bring it up to a boil.

Add soaked/crushed rice, cardamom powder and saffron.stir well and cook until little thick in consistency.

Add 2 tbsp cold milk in custard powder mix well,there should be any lumps.add custard mixture in kheer and cook until you get desired consistency of kheer.

Add condensed milk/sugar and nuts.Stir for a min and switch off the flame.

Delicious Custard flavor Rice kheer is ready to serve.
