Ingredients

  • 3 cupsrice
  • 2 cupmix vegetables
  • 1 handfulwhole garam masalas
  • 1 handfulwhole cashew raisins
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil and ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper Whole garam masala

  2. 2

    Add vegetables and saute well adding salt

  3. 3

    Add cashew-raisins and mix

  4. 4

    Add rice mix well and pour water double in quantity of rice

  5. 5

    Boil till rice is soft and add sugar

  6. 6

    Add ghee and serve hot with mutton curry
