Mooli Paratha

Steps

In a bowl take wheat flour add salt, 2 Tspn oil in that. Add water as required to knead smooth dough. Now apply 1 tspn oil over dough and keep aside for 20 minutes.

Wash radish and grate it.

Now squeeze it and remove excess water from it. You can use this water to knead dough.

Now in squeezed radish add red chilli powder, cuminn-ajwain-green chilli paste, salt, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Now take small dough roll it little and fill the radish mixture. Now close this with help of hands, deep in flour and make Paratha.

Heat pan and on low to medium flame cook Paratha. Apply oil on both sides. Cook till both sides becomes golden brown.

Tasty Paratha is ready to serve. You can serve Mooli Paratha with pickle and curd.😋👌😊
