In a bowl take Besan,salt,curd, lemon juice, turmeric,curd and mix well. Add little water taking care of consistency. Give a mix and make lumps free batter.

In a cooker add 2 glasses water and boil it, remove whistle. Keep a stand in cooker. Now grease a vessel with oil and keep ready.

Now in a batter add baking soda/ENO, stir continue in 1 direction for 2-3 minutes. Now pour the batter in a greased vessel.

Keep vessel inside cooker on stand. Close the cooker cover. First 6 minutes keep high flame then for 15 minutes steam on low flame.

Remove vessel out,let it cool down.

In a pan take 2 spoon oil,heat it. Now add mustard seeds, asafoetida,curry leaves, green chillies. Now add 3 tspn Sugar and 3/4 cup water and boil it. Switch Off the flame.

Now remove Dhokla in a plate, and pour that water on this.

Dhokla is ready to serve.
