Masala Peanuts

Take a mixing bowl add gram flour, carom seeds, Cumin seeds, turmeric, green chilli crushed, ginger-garlic paste, Chana masala, salt and mix well.
Add peanuts and required water mix well till the peanuts are coated well with besan. - 2
Deep fry in hot oil stir occasionally and fry on low to medium flame. Sprinkle chaat masala and mix well. Masala Peanuts r ready let it cool down and store in an airtight container for a month.
