Fried yam and egg sauce

Yam is bae, could have it for breakfast and lunch #breakfastideacontest
Steps

Peel, wash and cut the yam to desired shape, sprinkle with salt and fry till done drain and set aside

Break the eggs, beat and set aside

Add a tablespoon of oil in a pan, Sauté half of the sliced onions and add ginger and garlic paste immediately, Sauté them and add the sliced peppers and stir fry till soft, at this point add the seasonings and salt, add some oil, and the remaining sliced onions, pour in the beaten eggs, let it set a little, then use a wooden spoon and stir well, remove from heat and serve.
