Put Yoghurt in a boil and beat it properly

Now add besan and water and mix these three things well so that no lumps are formed

Add Fenugreek Seeds, Red Chilli Powder, Salt and Turmeric Powder to this paste and mix well.

Pour the mixture in a pan and cook it on medium heat. Stir while the mixture boils. Turn the heat to low and cook for 20 mins.

Add Oil and Mustard Seeds in pan and let it crackle. Add heeng and red chillies, if you like. Then add the mixture if you have prepared till Step 4 to this. Cook for a few mins and your kadhi is ready!
