Steps

Boil or steam the corn cobs and let them drain and cool. Knife and scrape the corn kernels from the cob

Blend the corn kernels into a paste.

Put butter in a pan, add and saute the fresh chopped spring onions for a minute. Add the corn paste that you made in Step 2.

Add water/milk to this paste and mix well. Let the soup boil and come to a stir. Let it simmer for a few minutes.

Add the corn flour paste to this. Used to thicken the soup. Once the soup thickens, add pepper and salt and be ready to slurp your soup.
