  1. 500 gramsspinach
  2. 6-8 cubespieces of pumpkin
  3. 6-8potato cubes
  4. 6-8 cubesbrinjal
  5. 2 teaspoongreen chilli paste
  6. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 1 teaspoonnigella seeds
  8. To tastesalt
  9. As neededmustard oil
  10. 2 teaspoonsugar

  1. 1

    Heat a wok with some oil and add nigella seeds. Fry the vegetables with salt and turmeric powder. Add spinach and stir properly. Cover with lid and cook until vegies are soft.

    Add chilli paste and turmeric powder.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and palak niramishi is ready.
