Ingredients

  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspcarrom seeds
  • 2 tbspoil for fry

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Mix flour,2 tbsp oil,salt and ajwain and kneadd a dough

  3. 3

    Make small size of poori from dough and deep fry in hot oil

  4. 4

    Till brown

  5. 5

    It ready

  6. 6

    Serve with aloo sabji
