Put curd,semolina,all chopped veggies,black pepper,salt and eno in a mixing bowl

Mix it well add some water and keep aside for 30 minutes.

Grease oil in appe pan pour this mixture and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes

Cook other side for a minutes

Serve hot with chutney/sauce
