  • Chicken
  • Sausages
  • Onions
  • Bayleaves
  • Seasoning
  • Scotch bonnets, garlic
  • Turmeric, blackpepper, spices
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and parboil rice with turmeric

  2. 2

    In a pan, add oil and fry onions and peppers.

  3. 3

    Add sausages and diced cooked chicken

  4. 4

    Season and spice up

  5. 5

    Add bayleaves and rice with some stock.

  6. 6

    Cover to cook and serve
