Chicken

Bayleaves
Seasoning
Scotch bonnets, garlic
Turmeric, blackpepper, spices
Oil

Wash and parboil rice with turmeric

In a pan, add oil and fry onions and peppers.

Add sausages and diced cooked chicken
4

Season and spice up

Add bayleaves and rice with some stock.

Cover to cook and serve
