Preheat oven at 180° C for 10 min.

In a small bowl mix coffee powder, cocoa powder, 2tbsp sugar (from 3/4 cup) and hot water, and make a smooth paste.

Take a big bowl and add milk, melted butter, oil, curd and vanilla essence and beat it nicely.

Now add sugar and beat it again. Now add seive flour + baking powder and soda, beat it nicely that no lumps remain.

Now add cocoa paste and beat it nicely. Add some milk to adjust consistency.

Grease tin with butter and dust plain flour.

Add batter into tin and tab twise.

Add into oven and bake for 25-30min. Check once when it's complete. If not done again bake for 5-10min.

Give rest and wait to cool down.

Mix melted chocolate and warm cream. And make smooth, shiny syrup.

In a cake, do holes with straw, and pour chocolate syrup on it. Wait to absorb.

Cut into pieces and serve.
